Stopping foreclosure has become easier since economic times are tough. It’s probably no surprise news to you that foreclosures are on an all-time high in the United States today. With such an upswing in people losing their homes there are many creative ways to stop foreclosure and get back on track. This article will look at a couple of ways that you can possibly save your home.
Having a roof over your head is obviously probably one of the most important things to most people in the American culture today. For many people, they are losing their jobs, income is being downsized and they’re stuck with payments well over $1000 per month on their homes. It is possible that you may be a leash and negotiate a lower payment by contacting the lender and working out some sort of an agreement.
One of the reasons that most banks and lending institutions will work with you is because it costs them money and time to foreclose on your property. Thus stopping foreclosure is not as difficult as it may have been even a few short years ago.
If you have missed at least two or three payments on your home - It is possible that you can add those payments to the end of your loan and have the bank lower your payments down to an interest only payment. Tacking a few missed payments on the end of a home loan has become a very common practice in negotiating the stoppage of foreclosure.
If you can get your home payment down to something that is reasonable it may be well worth stopping foreclosure and taking on a small extra job to make the payments in order to keep a roof over your head for you and your family.

If you’ve been looking for a long lost friend, relative, or just someone of interest, social security death records are the avenue to take. As thousands of people use this tactic to find out the history of someone’s life, there are still millions unaware of how helpful this can be. Below, we’ll give you a tidbit of information regarding social security death records to help you find the person you are trying to find.
When you get social security death records on any individual, they will come with a plethora of information. While the social security number is obvious, you also will receive their full name, zip codes of the city they last lived in along with the zip code of where their certificate was issued. Then of course, it will come with the date of birth and death.
All the information that can transpire from the information you receive will possibly lead to several other places. It’s almost like a puzzle and after you have zip codes, date of birth and other important research, a person’s past can start falling into place piece by piece. A great example of this is working on family trees.
Genealogists use social security death records to help align individuals into families dating well back to the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. However, what you find today usually spans as far back as 1935 when social security numbers were first applied for throughout the nation. Keep in mind it wasn’t until the 1960s that they were formidably used, but forty plus years have past since then.
This is a broad starting point for any family to start building their genealogy tree and looking into their roots of existence. While this is the major reason most people use social security death records, there are other avenues you can take. Maybe you’re just looking for more information on a father or grandfather who fought in any of the wars. Whatever the reason, using this method helps bring answers faster.
As our technology continues to grow, it probably comes as no surprise that you can have access to social security death records on the internet. What may come as a surprise is that you can also get several other public records as well. There is a long list, but a few such as criminal, military, sex offenders living near you, inmate, married, and many more can help you on your adventure into the past. Fair warning this is extremely fun stuff to learn and we definitely recommend it to anyone.

How did you get here? Plainly said you might have done your own research and looking for something that was just ‘missing’ about Agel Enterprises and landed here. You are in for a treat.
My research will not only cover what you need to know about Agel Enterprises but also an overview enough for your next decision. There are 3 parts to this review and will be numbered so that you can refer back to these parts as often as you like.
1) Agel Enterprises Beginnings
Like all stunning successful companies Agel Enterprises has it’s own story. It was started back in 2004 when a man named Glen Jensen (founder and CEO of Agel) who had an inspiration. He had an idea about putting nutrients into a form of gel.
Today, Agel has a large following of distributors and head offices throughout 43 countries. Not a small feat as we would agree and with two motivational leaders Randy Gage and Eric Worre leading the group Agel Enterprises is a force to be reckoned with.
2) How Your Agel Compensation Plan Works
Typically, as you already know Agel Enterprises has their compensation plans built in the form of network marketing. It came to no surprise when after downloading their compensation plans I found out only the attraction of benefits not so much the cost.
Instant payouts is such that you get $35 if you sponsor someone at the ‘Personal Pack’ and $200 at the ‘Executive Pack’. Then, when you are a Silver Director (or have a relatively big team) you get some car expenses travel incentives and you get to go to their ‘good motivational’ conferences.
Just to make it simple for us, here is an initial calculation on how the ball game works with Agel Enterprises. In order for you to earn $2000 per month with their auto ships you need about 450 people in your team volume in Agel.
3) Fools Rush In
By now, it is no secret to reveal to you that just like most network marketing companies Agel Enterprises will market that you can make ‘unlimited income’ with them. Now let me expose to you the real secret of generating good income is invest heavily in professional level training.
That being said you will be asked to purchase various tapes, books and audio CD’s plus other marketing materials. In fact, gel technology doesn’t get vitamins into your system faster. It was initially developed for children’s medicine as a liquid, dispensed on a spoon to inhibit loss due to spillage. Agel Enterprises just takes advantage of this marketing ‘innovation’.
In conclusion, Agel Enterprises offers a unique product presentation angle. However, in the Information Age of today your rewards are far more magnificent if you look for an instant commission based system than traditional network marketing based companies.

Oh no! I’m not trying to deny global warming, its here for sure, my modest attempt is just to elucidate that nature is so perfect that there is no chance of this planet failing at all. In fact things such as climate change, Raising sea levels, glacier retreat, ARCTIC shrinkage all that we know as the effects of global warming are simply earths attempt in a very calculated and systematic manner to maintain the delicate balance of nature. Extreme weather, tropical diseases & changes in the timing of seasonal patterns in ecosystems all this is how planet earth is taking a toll on mankind for its revitalization.
Let’s just make it simple; every action has an equal but an opposite reaction. Our action have been very careless for the past 3 centuries, but for 2 centuries, Earth kept quite, just an indication here and an indication there, some times floods and some times drought, that’s it, not much was done by earth against humans. But all of sudden the amazing industrial revolution starts, with fossil fuel feeding our hunger of desire and consumption, so much so that the capitalists made sure that after the world war 2 environment friendly and cost efficient compressed air engine, was eliminated from the text books and a propaganda of poor efficiency was started against it while it was already being used for public transport during the late 18th century.
Getting back to our topic, is this planet failing due to global warming, or is it the human race failing on daily bases because of its greed and careless attitude towards mother earth. In my opinion with a bit of common sense and a keener observation it’s clear that the human race is losing this battle badly, a tsunami has not done any thing to the planet, it only washed humans out of its way, some bit of land was lost for sure, with human foot prints on it, but just to be more productive under the water. Nature is not weak in fact its strong, strong enough to develop new coral reef on the base rocks for palm island in Dubai, this make her very adaptive as well.
Every action of nature, minor or disastrous is going to lead to a much more prosperous earth, and a very insecure human race. Drought brings famine, which leads to human migration; but the land stays back, because it can wait for rain, to sprout lush green vegetation which if not exploited by humans may turn into a very productive rain forest.
Mankind is losing a lot inform of failing food, arid land, lack of fresh water, wild life species, plants and trees. But we did gain a lot as well, actually quite a lot, who can deny the amazing effects of political instability and war leading to hunger and poverty. Then there are all those diseases we and our children are inheriting, only air- pollution-related deaths are caused by asthma, bronchitis, emphysema, lung disease, heart disease, and respiratory allergies about 40% of fatalities are due to power plant emissions and 50%, to on- and off road vehicle emissions. Cancer and water born disease such as Hepatitis and many stomach problems are the gifts of pollution that is the fruit of our careless and for granted behaviors towards Earth or I may say towards Mankind.
So the slogan should be save the humans. Not save the planet, because the planet is not going anywhere, but the humans might end up rotting, fertilizing the planet to bud life again.

The 2008 Olympics were spectacular. China put on the greatest show ever and the USA won a ton of gold and broke Olympic records. But, by the time you read this, China will likely be named the largest manufacturer of goods on the planet pushing the United States into second place. New technologies have made it possible for companies to begin moving many different kinds of jobs to China.
China has perfected cheap manufacturing and they are branching out into the service sectors as well. Today, if you have a question concerning your checking account at Bank of America, your phone call will be answered by someone in Pakistan. If you get an X-ray at your local hospital, the technician who reads your X-ray is probably in Russia.
McDonald’s is experimenting with “outsourcing” the order-taking process at its drive-thru’s. That’s right, when you order a hamburger and fries you could be talking to someone sitting in India who will relay your order back to the very building you’re looking at.
Why? In each of those examples, and thousands more, the answer is always the same - Someone somewhere else can do it for less and, soon, China will be the one doing it for less. It’s globalization or the “world economy” in action.
How will globalization affect you and your family in the future? That depends on where you live and work. As of this writing, if you
remove the cost of oil imported by the United States, the United States exports more than we import and we are the #1 manufacturing power in the world.
If you live in an industrialized nation, like the USA, where labor costs are relatively high, you can expect to see even more job losses and a reduction in wages over the coming decades. If you are living in a country with a very low cost of labor, you could experience short-term gains in employment opportunities and wage levels as more and more jobs are located in your country.
Short-term gains? Yes…because there are over 1.3 billion people living in China and they’re learning to manufacture everything. They’re learning to do everything. And they get paid pennies per day. However, as all democratic industrialized nations have shown, at some point the work force will organize and refuse to settle for pennies. The pendulum will swing the other way. The global economy will eventually become a level playing field.
In the meantime, whether you live in a country where the cost of labor is high or low, either you, or your children, or your grandchildren will feel the sinister side of globalization. More and more jobs will be lost to cheaper labor markets, local wages will fall and unemployment will rise. This is increasing the demand for low priced goods and services, forcing more goods and services to be provided by the cheapest labor on the planet, and eliminating even more jobs. It’s a classic self-feeding downward spiral.
Don’t believe me? Just go stand outside your local Super Wal-Mart store and watch the people going in and coming out with every kind of item imaginable. Do those people look wealthy to you? Probably not. More than likely they’re middle-class working people who need to take advantage of Wal-Mart’s low prices so they can stretch a paycheck from this Friday to next. Now think about this - 93% of the items on Wal-Mart’s shelves are made in China.
You can see why we can reasonably predict that China will become the manufacturing center for the world, as well as the primary
provider of many services that can be outsourced as a result of technological advances.
What can you do? Act now to find a way of providing for your family. Pretend you have already had your job sent to China. Be proactive. Don’t wait until your job evaporates. Get technical training for the new jobs in the hot future markets or go into business for yourself.
You don’t have to be a victim of globalization.

A Shih Tzu breeder spends a great deal of their time answering questions and getting information out to owners and they do it gladly because it is part of their job. Take the time you have with your breeder to ask them questions you may have and be certain to ask them while you are talking to them face to face. You can gauge a person’s personality by the way they talk to you so keep the questions professional and make your own judgment on the breeder’s personality based on how they interact with you.
You want to know about your breeder and their profession because you are about to invest a lot of money in a new pet and you will be maintaining a relationship with them. Ask them how long they have been in business and why they chose to be a Shih Tzu breeder. Ask them what national breeder registry they belong to and why they decided to join that particular registry. You may also want to ask them how they feel about the dogs they release to owners everyday after raising the dogs for seven weeks. Get to know your breeder a little when you get the chance.
You may also want to take the time to ask your breeder questions about their business after the sale. Most reputable breeders are going to offer you free pet insurance after you buy your puppy and if they do then ask them about the insurance and make sure you understand how it all works. If they do not offer you insurance then question that because it is something they get for free from insurance companies so they should be passing it on to you.
Your breeder will have a lot of information for you about the care and feeding of your new Shih Tzu puppy so make sure you spend a lot of time asking your breeder about all of this information and make sure you understand what they are giving you and how you are supposed to use it. There are never too many questions when it comes to the care and feeding of your puppy and your breeder wants to make sure you understand so don’t be afraid to ask.
Your Shih Tzu breeder knows that a reality of life is that things change and as much as you may love your Shih Tzu when you take it home things happen and things can change so that you may not be able to keep your Shih Tzu anymore. Ask your breeder about their policy of taking your dog back if you cannot keep it or no longer want it. You will not be getting a refund of any kind but at least you know that your Shih Tzu will wind up safe and potentially into another home instead of abandoned somewhere.
Your Shih Tzu breeder expects you to have questions so be prepared to take notes because there is a lot you will need to know to properly care for your Shih Tzu dog. It is a very good possibility that your breeder will also have this information already printed out for you to take home, which is what the best breeders do. Never be afraid to ask a question and know that there is no such thing as too many questions or a dumb question when it comes to your new Shih Tzu puppy.
Rebecca Simpson, a native of Hong Kong, wrote a graduate thesis on the influence of dogs on recent Chinese royal culture. The Shih Tzu is as well known for its delightful personality as it is for its long, flowing coat. Shih Tzu information can be found online, at public libraries, and from breeders.
