Many folks will tell you that they are fighting for justice and when you ask them about it and find out a little bit of their history you will find that they were discriminated against at some point in their life and they want to make sure it never happens to anyone else again. They tell us that this is their inspiration, but I’d like to explain some of my life experience and observation of such folks.

You see, those who would be willing to inflict the most pain on other are generally those who have had the most pain (physical or emotional inflicted upon them). Would you like some examples? What about Adolph Hitler who even titled his book; “My Struggle” and later inflicted torture and pain on entire groups of society and later caused the worst World War in History?

Would you like a more contemporary example? Sure, well there are millions of bloggers and folks in online forums who are constantly attacking and lashing out, they are from groups who perceive to have been victimized by discrimination. They then rise up and call for justice, all the while doing injustice with harsh words to others online, often shouting others down and calling them unbelievable things.

You see, if you use discrimination as your inspiration or as a means to justify your actions then the real problem in the world is not that which you attack, but rather it is inside of you and how you now view the world. You are viewing the world through the eyes of a damaged soul, one that needs to be made hole, but you cannot get that done until you forgive others and admit your own revenge motivations and evil intentions.

Sorry to be the one to break this news to you, but don’t shoot the messenger Mr. and Mrs. Obama.

Getting started in network marketing a while back was one of the most exciting decisions I ever made. Network marketing allows anyone the opportunity to be a massive success in areas of their lives. Plus it gives everyone the power of leverage and duplication for financial and time freedom. Network Marketing Recruiting is one of the most challenging skills for any new or veteran network marketer to learn. It sure was for me. However after two years of paying the price for success. Network Marketing Recruiting became much easier for me and can for you as well.

If you want to recruit people into your business you must have the right network marketing tool on your side. Buying generic leads and cold calling will take you forever to explode your network marketing team. Plus it’s not duplicable. When it comes to Network Marketing Recruiting, you have to take total control and responsibility of your business. I suggest you learn how to generate your own traffic and leads that are only yours. A great network marketing tool will give you the ability to generate highly targeted red-hot leads for your business and give you the power to help fund all your advertising cost so you can advertise and generate leads endlessly. This tool must also be able to make you a profit while doing your Network Marketing Recruiting even if no one joins your primary business.

A network marketing tool that gives you the power to have an endless advertising budget, put you in profit and build a highly targeted list, makes it much less challenging to build your business. Also your targeted list of people are other network marketers. As you build this targeted list of network marketing professionals, you will start to build relationships with them by teaching them what you learned to be a massive success so they can be more successful as well. Being a solution provider gives you the opportunity to build that relationship with them. Network Marketing Recruiting becomes easier and much more fun when people off this list start calling you or asking you what business your in. Then it’s just a matter of exposing them to your opportunity.
This network marketing tool will be a tool that is duplicable, provides grass roots Internet marketing and traffic generation training so everyone you introduce to it can use it.

You want to lead with a solution that will put people on your list in a position to see more success in their own business. Build that relationship with them first and then do your Network Marketing Recruiting last. By showing them that they can trust and respect you as a mentor, you will have a growing business of highly motivated network marketers who work together on your team for massive success. Their are thousands of network marketers out their looking for someone that can show them the right way to build their business. Putting yourself in a position as someone of value is the most important factor for you to master. This will attract other leaders in our industry to you. Like I said earlier, Network Marketing Recruiting is much more fun when you become the hunted instead of being the one who always does the hunting.

If you want to capture more online sales faster, better and with the least amount of human effort then I encourage you to develop FAQ templates.

What are FAQ templates? Well FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions. So FAQ Templates are templates that allow you to include frequently asked questions on your web sites, blogs, and other marketing communications.

Adding FAQ sections to your websites and other marketing communications are often your very best automated sales tools that consistently and repeatedly capture more sales by minimizing resistance.

Whatever your area of expertise, there are frequently asked questions by your prospects and even your members and customers. You discover these FAQs in at least 2 ways:

1. Pay attention to what your prospects and community is typically asking you, and

2. Ask them. Ask them what their questions are, what their biggest challenges are, what they struggle with the most.

Then provide both the questions and answers on your web sites and marketing messages and you have now answered new prospects questions before they have even asked them. This ups your perceived expert status and reduces sales resistance from the beginning.

Prospects come to your web site with questions that are often resistances. Answering FAQs even before they are asked moves the resistance out of the way.

Another benefit of FAQs

Another great benefit of FAQs is you can collect them and turn them into products and marketing materials. How about a free ten episode ecourse answering one FAQ a day? How about collecting over a hundred FAQs and turning them into a teleseminar, audio CD or ebook on “The 101 Most Frequently Asked Questions About (Your Niche Topic?)

Bottom Line? You can increase your revenues simply by answering questions even before they are even asked.

And would you like to learn more about how do it? Then I invite you to check out http://www.AlexMandossianToday.com to claim your access to over 4 hours of my TeleSeminar Secrets Training. While the next TeleSeminar Secrets telecourse does not begin until December, you can get a head start with this four hour training.

Usually, we are so busy these days trying to keep up with work, school and family commitments that, we seldom know or care about how the other half lives. To some, the other half represents our neighbors, teachers, employer’s etc. In a few short decades, we have gone from a nation of keeping up with the Jones’s, to who cares about them. This way of thinking has helped desensitize us enough to make sure that we have also kicked aside and forgotten the leaders of our family. The elderly. They are our parents, grandparents and mentors. The are the keepers of wisdom, the ones we go to whenever we are troubled OR worse… in trouble.

Whenever I lecture to audiences regarding the warning signs of caregiver abuse, I try to impress upon the audience how important it is for the elderly to teach us how to live. But, what about the disabled individuals we see on a regular basis across America? Almost daily, we hear someone complaining about how long it takes them to complete small tasks. Try to imaging what it would be like, if somehow we became disabled overnight and were forced to live without an arm, or a leg. How easy would you handle the ridicule or the stares that many of the disabled have been forced to endure. What would you say whenever someone challenged you about using the handicapped spaces and carts afforded them at Wal-Mart? If we listen closely, we can hear ourselves complaining how disabled person(s) should exercise by “walking” instead of parking closer to the front doors of super-markets and clothing stores.

Perhaps, there are a few cases where this could be true, but what about the things we do not see, such as the metal pins and screws hidden deep within the spines, necks, or legs, of these individuals; not visible to the human eye? I often wonder what would happen if all of disabled America took their medical charts and x-rays and posted them on t-shirts for everyone to read. It would definitely give people acting as the disability police something constructive to do while they are waiting impatiently in line at the grocery store screaming at their unruly children or fighting with fellow shoppers over parking spaces.

Ok… agreed, watching our freshly baked donuts work their way down a conveyor belt into our shopping bags can be stressful. But, is that really a good enough excuse to be rude whenever someone slower is holding up the line ahead of us? Although society has encouraged us to believe that we are all disconnected from one another, in reality we are still brothers underneath the skin, under the hood of one supreme being and intertwined like an intricate wiring system. The olny difference is we are made from different colors!

Caring takes place in many forms. Just as it takes a village to raise children, it takes a community, a town and a city to look out for the elderly and disabled. It is up to each and everyone of us to take responsibility for each other by “paying it forward.” Remember, we are only an accident away from having to live our lives like the disabled individuals we often complain about!

Mortgage giants Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are presently undergoing a tough time. With confidence level and shares going down significantly for the past week, some people think that a government bailout is about to happen.

Fannie had a 28 percent drop in shares, while Freddie slid 26 percent. The loss in value now totals to 80 percent since the start of the year.

It’s alarming how two financial institutions holding half of the country’s mortgages are starting to crumble in the midst of the housing crisis. Failure in both government-sponsored enterprises (GSEs) could have a devastating effect not only here in the United Stated but in other countries as well.

Foreign governments own money used in both companies’ operations. Investors, companies, mutual and pension funds abroad also have money utilized by Fannie and Freddie.

To prevent further damage, the government came up with measures to help Fannie and Freddie get billions of dollars in the form of a “rescue package”. The rescue package aims to buy the company stocks using public money. Aside from that, the Federal Reserve will allow both companies to borrow money at a special rate, and would make one of its short-term lending programs available. Aside from that, the administration is seeking the Federal Reserve’s permission to let Fannie and Freddie secure liquidity.

The Federal Reserve is closely working with the Congress and Treasury to try and put these rescue measures into effect. The Treasury is also seeking to stretch the credit line for both institutions to $300 billion, and buy equity directly from both GSEs to prevent liquidity problems in the future.

The rescue plan was put into effect after close monitoring of both Fannie and Freddie. The government immediately sought precautionary steps to ensure that both mortgage giants have enough money to stay afloat.
